First of all, when my aunt accidentally spilled her drink. The staff immediately offered help to mop the floor. We are so thankful that someone from Starbucks are willing to take action in such situation. Secondly, the staff also remaked the exact drink for my aunt since she took less than 5 sips. I didn't expect that from Starbucks. So, again thank you for serving customers, I hope your business will be the best for everyone.
