This review is for Starbucks in Grand Central in Shatin. The place was full of students just occupying the seats for studying. No one from the management of Starbucks was taking care to ensure that customers who are there to enjoy coffee and snacks are able to have seats. This is really annoying, and quite common in all branches of Starbucks. During Weekends, Starbucks should control those students who are just occupying the space without purchasing anything. You should learn from how Pacific Coffee in Festival Walk did it to manage the crowd and enjoy the experience of every customer.

Pretty nice spot if you manage to grab a seat. Especially the well hidden ones. Not gonna get a more secluded comfort spot in the Sha Tin malls
