This Starbucks is definitely smaller than most other branches I've visited - cozy, but don't expect a lot of seating. That said, the staff here is wonderfully welcoming. They actually listened when I asked for a piping hot caramel latte (not just warm, not lukewarm - genuinely steaming). They nailed it perfectly. The drink was hot, smooth, and just sweet enough. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the cramped space. If you're grabbing a coffee to go or just need a quick friendly stop, it's a solid 4-star experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

It's not near most of the shops in the mall so it is one out of the three Starbucks in Tuen Mun that has least people. The area is much more quiet as well.
