Huge shoutout to the team at Starbucks JEM! I want to share a wonderful experience I just had at your store. It is my birthday month, and I was happily enjoying my complimentary birthday cake. Unfortunately, I had a total klutz moment that my fork started slipping, and in my frantic attempt to catch it, the entire slice of cake slid right off the plate and landed face-down on the floor! Before I could even finish embarrassing myself, the amazing staff stepped in. They immediately surprised me with a brand-new piece of cake, completely on the house. That is what I call world-class customer service. Thank you for turning a clumsy mishap into a moment that truly made my day!
