One KM。とても混雑していたスターバックス。1人で静かにドリンクを楽しみながらスターバックスを楽しめるお店ではないですが人気店です。

I’m not expecting five-star hospitality, constant smiles, or overly friendly conversations. But there is a basic level of respect that every customer deserves. What stood out during my visit was not the lack of friendliness, but the tone. There is a difference between being assertive and being rude, and unfortunately the interactions felt more like the latter. Speaking to customers in a way that makes them feel looked down upon is never acceptable, regardless of how busy the outlet may be. Good service is not about being cheerful all the time. It is about treating people with basic courtesy and empathy. I hope the team reflects on this, because a little humanity goes a long way. NOT AT ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OUTLET.
