I go to many Starbucks as I love to have my coffee each day. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The people who work here are the best part of this Starbucks. For me, the location is great and easy to get to from my home. Unfortunately, I will be moving soon. I will miss going to this Starbucks because the people are so great. I will miss the people more than the coffee. They are always so welcoming, friendly and professional. The coffee is always delicious and they always remember the names of their customers. They even know how I like my coffee. On one occasion, I made an online order and the driver (Grab driver) forgot my muffin. A couple of weeks later, I went to the store in person. After saying hello, the staff apologized because I did not receive my muffin two weeks earlier. They also gave me a muffin for compensation. Their attitude and friendliness is a great example of awesome customer service. I really will miss the staff. I hope the next Starbucks will have the same customer service, but I have honestly never seen such great people. If you go to this store, please encourage them and be friendly with them.
