Starbucks - NEX located at handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries. 23 Serangoon Central, #02-K01 02 NEX,Singapore 556083. We have been to many Starbucks outlet and this is the worst outlet I ever seen. I doubt i will be back again. We ordered using their app and service was super ultra slow. Is ok no problem we can wait but unfortunately after 30min the app still show us drink still preparing so I went over to check, to our surprise our 2 venti frappe was ready and all melted ....since they are busy again we give and take .....asked for a take away bag was told to paid 10 cent which I'm okay with it but your service guys refused to give it to me and asked me to go cashier paid for it. I tried to explain that I waited 30min and can I just paid him as the cashier queue was long. He told me cannot as a service company and despite im holding 1 big bag with another 2 big shopping bag I'm was very pissed and feeling arggggg. 1st issues here, disppointed with all frappe drink all melted, 2nd, I agreed to paid for bag and not sure is there an option to paid using app and they insisted that I queue up which is totally ridiculous! Now I understand how come their Google review was low with all bad comments given by other when I personally experienced the bad visit!!
