I only come here for tea and salt bread when heading to my nail appointment. Always clean and busy, the service has always been upbeat. They recently expanded their menu with barcardi infused drinks, im talking 10%...thats good for a dang coffe shop...The U.S. could and would nevaaaaa. LoL! Starbucks - Sinsa Station (Seoul) This is why I love traveling to Starbucks around the world. We buy from connections and personalities, not businesses. A special shout to a special barista, Big Bowl. She had a rare, unmatched personality. When my friend, Caleb and I walked in to inquire about Starbucks Korea Coffee Beans, “BYULDABANG Blend.” - Notes of Spiced Chocolate and Toasted Chestnut. Big Bowl, was helpful and very approachable to spike a conversation. While I was contemplating on buying couple of limited edition Starbucks Korea mugs and specialty blend beans, we talked for a while, discussing different locations around the world and how they all are unique. At some point in our conversation, I mentioned to her that I was able to visit the Original Starbucks location in Seattle and pick up limited editions cup and registered Starbucks Gift Card. The moment I mentioned it to her, I wish you could see, Big Bowl’s face. Her face lid up and she was so excited. She was genuinely so surprised and excited to see such a unique limited edition Starbucks gift card. This is a barista that truly shows what Starbucks stands for. My friend whispered to me and suggested, “You should give her your gift card. Did you see how genuine her expression was at seeing your card. You would make her day.” I’m glad my friend, Caleb recommended that. I pulled my card back out of my wallet and handed it to her. It’s hard to put into words her next expressions. Filled with emotions and gratitude, she couldn’t believe I was willing to let go of my limited edition gift card and gift it to her. Reciprocity is a powerful thing, especially if you expect nothing in return. As a gratitude, she offered us two complimentary, Tall Coffees and some Korean cookies. My friend and I were grateful for her amazing hospitality. What was meant as an inquiry, turned into a very special life moment. I ended up buying the two mugs and coffee beans. We buy from personalities! This location is specious with plenty of seating. The design was modern and the place was clean. I’m looking forward returning here and staying awhile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Vegetarian options: Although, my friend and I got To-Go Order, they offer some. Verify with super friendly baristas what they offer. Dietary restrictions: Let your barista know and they will be more than happy to assist. Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking: There isn’t exactly to park by the front entrance since it’s off of busy street. But there’s a metro station close by. Kid-friendliness: Yes. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
