Excellent service. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for decades. Though this branch was small, the service was excellent. This branch’s team was the best team I’ve come across, and I’ve been to Starbucks all around the world. I have not been to this particular store in almost 2 years, as it has been closed for renovations along with the mall it connects to since January 2024. The only drawback was that, when it was operating, it was a significant walk from the restrooms, which made a quick dash to the restroom even more adventurous, especially with a stomach full of coffee and spicy Thai cuisine. The employees all knew my name and my order before I even got myself through the front door, which was always something that would make my day just that bit more enjoyable. These workers, from this branch, need to train other staff across the Starbucks network in Thailand. This team is what Starbucks is about - community, customer engagement, product knowledge, and customer fulfillment. I hope it reopens soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
