Special shout-out to two vibrant and enthusiastic baristas - Selina & Teresa. They have the energy and joy that many require in their customer service. I came to order an Americano and was confused with Daily Brew but they gladly helped me and I decided upon their Latte instead and booms they were happily assisting me. Keep up the joy and energy girls! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been receiving excellent service from this Starbucks outlet that I patronise regularly on weekends especially attending to my special requests and I’m particularly grateful to Ms Sasha who has always been very patient and helpful to attend to me for quite a number of years now. Thank you so much Sasha for your kindness and excellent service! Also worth mentioning is Jayden, part time barista, who would go the extra mile to help me whenever he’s on duty. went to starbucks novena square and had a rather disappointing experience. This is my go to coffee but i encountered was with drinks, i asked for less ice in my iced coffee hoping for a better balance of flavors but what i got was more of watered down version than i had expected. Diluted taste that lacked freshness i was hoping for. Actually the staff, no smiles or friendly convo, just quick exchange. Better train your employee to a little more attention to customer service could really a difference. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $1–10
