Shoutout to Donny for the lovely service. I was busy working and didn’t realise my order was ready. He actually brought the food over to my table without me asking. Such a small gesture but really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After for so long never visit Starbucks, it was total disappointment!! Upon arrival the big size n tall Indian staff was busy playing with his phone for a good 5 minutes until I have to call out to him. I have been craving for Caramel frappucino for the longest time. After 1 sip i don't think I will ever go Starbucks again. Even McDonald's Caramel Frappe made my money worth!! Please look into staff training! Service: 1

Purchased a $49.90 full priced metal tumbler at Starbucks Oasis Terraces on 24/4. On the same day, I also joined the Starbucks Rewards program, loaded credits into the Starbucks card, and made payment using the Starbucks app/card. Before paying, I showed the promotion screenshot and asked about the complimentary drinks promotion linked to tumbler purchases. Staff member Danny seemed unsure about the promotion and initially mentioned there was no such free drinks promotion with tumbler purchase. After I showed the screenshot, he said maybe the voucher would appear later in the app after payment. Unfortunately, no voucher appeared afterwards. Over the next almost 3 weeks, I contacted Starbucks through email, feedback form, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp but received no proper response or follow-up. I later revisited Oasis Terraces again to clarify the issue. Danny still seemed unsure about the promotion details and mainly kept asking me to check the app to see whether the voucher would appear. He took down my contact details and mentioned he would check internally and get back to me on the same day, but I never received any follow-up call or update afterwards. The next day, after I personally called the hotline myself, I was told that the item was internally labelled as a “water bottle” instead of a “tumbler”, and therefore did not qualify for the complimentary drinks promotion. I was also advised that next time I should check with the barista before purchasing to confirm which items are classified as tumblers. Overall, the experience felt very inconsistent and poorly coordinated between the outlet staff and customer service. Since the formal feedback channels did not provide any meaningful response after multiple attempts, I am leaving this review here so other customers are aware of the experience and possible confusion regarding the promotion terms.
