I feel like we got scammed at this Starbucks. At first they don’t accept cash, so we asked our friend to help pay with QR. The money was already deducted at my friend’s bank but this staff said it’s not successful and will refund to my friend’s bank account. After that the accepted with cash. And the money never returned to our friend’s account. So, basically we paid twice and they lie to us by saying no cash at first and later accept. Plus, this staff attitude is very annoying and unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good location and drinks. Been here 3+ times and honestly the service is still below other Chiang Mai branches. Updated: Revisited on 15 April around noon, and this time the team provided good service. They were welcoming and impressive. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
