Disappointed with today’s experience at Starbucks PHENIX, Thanon Phetchaburi. As regular customers of this store, we were surprised by the unprofessional service from the store manager, Mew. Our order was taken with an unfriendly attitude, prepared incorrectly, and when we politely raised the issue, there was no apology or accountability. Ironically, when we asked to speak with the manager, we were told she was the manager. Mistakes happen—we understand that. But courtesy, respect, and a sincere apology should always come first. We hope Starbucks Thailand will look into this matter and uphold the customer service standards that have kept us coming back. #StarbucksThailand #CustomerService #PHENIXBangkok. I had a disappointing experience with Barista Mew. If you work in customer service, being welcoming and courteous is part of the job. I spoke in English, but she continued speaking only in Thai. When I apologized and said I don't speak Thai, her expression and attitude made it seem like she didn't want to serve me. Even during the payment process, she remained unfriendly. This isn't the level of service I expect when I'm paying for coffee at a café. I hope the staff receive better customer service training, especially when assisting international customers.
