My Observation: Starbucks Central Festival vs. Starbucks Foresta (Walkway to Foresta) After visiting both locations, I noticed some key differences: * Starbucks Foresta has a larger seating area and a livelier atmosphere, with many people walking past. It is busier and attracts more foot traffic. * Starbucks Central Festival is quieter and offers a more relaxed environment, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a drink. From a customer service perspective, I found the team at Starbucks Central Festival to be friendlier and more proactive. They were better at recommending menu items and upselling, which can help improve sales and contribute to the company’s revenue. Overall, while Foresta benefits from its larger space and higher traffic, Central Festival stands out for its excellent customer engagement and sales approach.
