場所がら日本より落ち着かないし、そういう店舗ではない。テーブルに1人でいるとシンガの人が複数人で来てテーブルシェアしますと一方的に言ってシェアする羽目になる。MRTの座席取りと同じで人のことはお構いなしで図々しく座ってくる笑 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service I received at the Starbucks outlet in RC. On yesterday at 9:56 AM, I visited the store and used a Buy-One-Get-One-Free voucher. The voucher clearly stated “2 redemptions,” which means I should have been entitled to redeem a total of four drinks. However, the staff member insisted that it was only valid for one Buy-One-Get-One redemption (2 drinks in total). What disappointed me even more was that after refusing my redemption request, the staff asked whether I had the Starbucks app and encouraged me to leave a compliment for the store. Frankly, I did not receive the level of service that would warrant such a request. Today at 1:38 PM, my colleague visited the same outlet again. Initially, Linda confirmed that the voucher could indeed be redeemed for 2+2 drinks and provided excellent service. However, another staff member, Seri, displayed a very poor attitude. She rolled her eyes, insisted that the voucher could not be redeemed for 2+2 drinks, and appeared to lack proper knowledge of the promotion. Her behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. In the end, Linda had to step in and complete the payment process, while Seri simply walked away without resolving the issue. I am extremely disappointed by the inconsistency in information provided by your staff, the lack of product and promotion knowledge, and the poor customer service displayed. This is not the level of service I would expect from Starbucks. I would appreciate a proper explanation and response from Starbucks regarding this matter. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
