This outlet doesn't provide the quickest service and this morning (8th May 2026) is the poorest service I had experience. I went in at 8.50am, rushing to work and the male barista was preparing my iced matcha, the drink was already sitting in the blender for a good 1-2 minutes while he was preparing 2 simple drinks for the customers behind me, who was obviously there for leisure, no rush whatever. If you are preparing drinks for a customer, especially those in a rush to go to work, serve that customer first instead of a bunch of customers who is obviously not in a rush. Please have more awareness. 2 long black pulled from a tap can be done in less than a minute. Why make a customer who's rushing to work wait for the drink while you serve a customer who's there for chit chat and leisure? Price per person: $1–10

Thank You very much for your kind efforts Location = This particular Starbucks is located on the first level of the hospital. ---- It is accessible directly from within the hospital, offering indoor aircon seating. It is a convenient spot for patients and visitors. Decor = This Starbucks location features a modern interior with a large tropical leaf print feature wall, teal accents, and a mix of wooden and cushioned seating. The counter area features a light wood counter and dark green tiled walls behind service area. Drinks + Merchandise = Limited edition Peranakan Bear and Limited Edition Sakura ( summer) Paper bag. My 2nd sister queued up for this cute Peranakan Bear and bought it at SGD29.90. It is a cute kawaii Nonya Bear clothed in our Peranakan heritage sarong kebaya. Service = We had the Hot Cafe Lattes and the service crew staff were pleasant and friendly. 27th Feb 2026 / Friday/ CNY 11th day Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a cold pomegranate drink. Waited for the drink for almost 15 mins. The store was not crowded. 2 guys was preparing drinks behind the counter, chatting away casually. Decided to ask a person that seems like the store manager. He immediately looked behind the counter, and took my drink out and handed to me. It was already prepared and just sitting behind the counter, nobody bothered to take it out and hand it to the customer. No respect for the customer’s time. Service attitude is cavalier and just not caring. The service people ought to be replaced immediately, they do not seem to be working. Service: 1
