There is a female employee at this location whose attitude and behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The way she watches and approaches customers feels more like a prison guard than someone working in a coffee shop. Her manner is unnecessarily harsh, tense, and intimidating—sometimes even the expression on her face is enough to make you want to leave. I do not know why she behaves this way, but this level of hostility is completely inappropriate for a Starbucks employee. This is a coffee shop where people should feel welcome and relaxed, not pressured or uncomfortable. I will also be submitting an official complaint to Starbucks, because customers should not be treated this way. Such behavior is disrespectful and does not reflect the standards expected from a brand like Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
