I asked counter lady if i could have the “Chocolate Pistachio Oatmilk Coffee Frap” to use regular fresh milk instead of oatmilk as i’m sensitive to oat. She said yes it can be done - but when i got my drink, there’s no pistachio at all! It’s just chocolate?! Later i realised, (if i’m not wrong) - they might be using pistachio flavoured oatmilk and since i request for change of milk, there is no more pistachio flavour/element in the drink. If that is the case they should inform customer right? I’m paying a higher price for this drink and getting smth that taste worse than java chip or choco chip frap. There need to be better training for your staff regarding special customer requests for their orders!! Not to mention another staff gave me the wrong drinks, i ordered frappuccino and got the ice cube drinks but fine, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
