I ordered a salt bread and a banana. The staff heated the salt bread without even asking whether I wanted it heated or not. I immediately said I did not want it heated, but instead of stopping right away, they waited until the heating process finished before taking it out. Also, the first banana I received was not fresh. When I asked if I could change it, the employee said it was the last one available. However, after I purchased another item, suddenly there were more bananas available, which was very frustrating and confusing. The employee handling the checkout was a female staff member with tied hair, probably in her 30s. Overall, the service attitude and handling of the situation were very unprofessional. I hope the store provides better staff training and management in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited the Starbucks at Four Points in Myeongdong on Wednesday, November 6th around 1 p.m., and was disappointed with the service. The two girls working at that time were incredibly rude and dismissive, which made the experience unpleasant. They seemed uninterested in helping and had a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I expected a welcoming atmosphere, especially in a well-known location like this. I hope management can address this, as a friendly and professional staff makes all the difference. Besides I was not allowed to dispose my trash? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000
