I recently stopped by the Starbucks near Sunae Station, and overall it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant spot to take a break. The location is super convenient — just a short walk from the station — so it’s easy to pop in whether you’re commuting, meeting someone, or just looking for a cozy place to recharge. The atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, with plenty of seating options and a layout that doesn’t feel cramped even during busier hours. I especially appreciated how bright the space was; the natural light made it a comfortable place to get some work done or enjoy a slow cup of coffee. The service was also friendly and efficient. The baristas handled orders smoothly even when the line started to grow, and my drink came out exactly as I asked. It’s the kind of consistency that makes you want to come back without thinking twice. The overall vibe felt clean, modern, and relaxed — pretty much what you’d hope for from a neighborhood Starbucks. The only downside is the restroom situation. Instead of having one inside the store, you have to walk over to the opposite building to use the facilities. It’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something to know ahead of time, especially if you’re planning to stay for a while or visiting with kids. It can feel a bit inconvenient, particularly on cold or rainy days. Still, aside from that minor hassle, this Starbucks remains a solid choice in the Sunae area. Good drinks, a comfortable environment, and easy access from the station make it a spot I’d happily revisit. Price per person: ₩1–10,000
