I visited 3 times and all 3 times disappointed. First time I did mobile order then I went the drive thru for the order taken, LQBT barista told me to park the car next time for getting the order but allow this time with annoying face. 2nd I bought the order but when the order is ready no any notice, the order is just placed in the counter and wait me to get it by myself-notice. 3rd I bought new chocolate manu via drive thru, the order spent around 5 mins. The lady came for my order and I said “please top up my card 100” she did nothing just scan my card QR and got back to do the other manu, leave me waiting more 5 mins then I shout hello!! Can i leave?? Cause i know my money card is not enough. The lady came back and oh please top up the money as i have told her earlier. These should not be happened as I have ever seen any starback service just like this branch. So disappoint even to spend more 5 baht with this branch anymore. I hope someone may concerned and do something. From Me: Starbucks royalty Food: 3 Service: 1
