The Starbucks team truly makes a difference to my mornings. Every early morning before sending my children for class, we are always greeted the moment we step into the café. Such a friendly, happy, and chirpy group of staff! What touches me most are the little warm gestures — like bringing our drinks over when the café isn’t too crowded. It may seem small, but these thoughtful acts really brighten my day and set such a positive tone for the morning. Thank you for consistently creating such a welcoming and heartwarming experience. Such impressive excellent service... Venise offered to make another stronger Strawberry Matcha Latte (6 scoops instead of regular 4) + a $2 Voucher, when we feedback that the original one is rather mild on the Matcha... Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was there on 12 april, you have a very rude customer, look quite rough and violent, fighter with a customer, (PLEASE BUCK UP HER ATTITUDE) but your manager and another staff fixed it, and let the customer calmed down abit when i was nearby and overheard, good for you guys on that Was also there on 18 April, and i saw the same girl with good service, gave me vouchers for $2 off $10 spent, at about 12pm, think her name is venise, saw her twice both in 12 april and 18 april, and looking at other reviews, she also is good at customer service, unlike some others at your store. Believe she deserves a recognition from a place like starbucks, thanks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
