1階席より、2階席の方が空席が多いです。2階席の方が広くて快適です。송도커넬워크점は他のお店と比較して逆転現象が起こっています。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩1–10,000

Firstly, a two story Starbucks with no bathroom for its patrons is insane. You serve food and drinks, then make people walk down the street to use the bathroom? My family and I have been going to Starbucks locations in Incheon and Seoul for the past week. This is the first time I've been told that I can't consume my Starbucks drink from a to-go cup. We always order our drinks in to-go cups even if we plan to sit in the restaurant for a while because we may want to finish our drinks after we leave. We were told by an employee while being at our table for about 10 minutes that we can't use these to-go Starbucks cups; he explained that we have to change our cups to the reusable cups while we sit. I asked him why, and he said he guessed it was for the environment. The pictures I enclosed are examples of plastic containers Starbucks food and drink are served in whether it's To-go or dining in today while I was here. The small juices... plastic. Whether consumed in or out of the restaurant. While looking for the non-existent bathroom, I saw someone upstairs with tiramisu, not in a plate but in it's plastic to-go container. So, I'm not sure why this employee felt the need to bother me about this cup. I don't want to jump to conclusions about race or nationality, but the fact is, it was embarrassing and uncalled for. If this is a rule in Korea, as he explained, then it should be on a sign or something. But no other Starbucks does this, and some sort of standard needs to be made. I'm the only person in this restaurant being harassed about consuming my Starbucks food and drink out of a plastic container.
