My son had a very bad experience when making a order at 12midnight yesterday. The male staff serving was making my son wait while busy doing his own things behind the counter initially without any attempt to communicate. And when come to taking order, he came across as nonchalant, dismissive, and at times mocking, which made the interaction feel disrespectful. Certainly not an image we want to give visitors of our country especially at the airport ! I urge Starbucks to take necessary actions! Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Highly recommended STARBUCKS @T4 (Terminal 4) and we have a great experience from Elane and Velisa. Both of them are great and have excellence in customer service. Definitely will be back when I’m on Duty at T4 (Terminal 4) Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
