Not bad place to rest and chitchat well only thing has very little seat. Prefer to have the tea and coffee coffee seems to be very sweet now and perhaps can the top of mine well maybe good for some people perhaps I just that's different taste bud Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Yay! Managed to get my new favourite Strawberry Matcha Latte and the staff was really patient and nice despite the temporary technical difficulties from the system! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got a Grande Matcha Latte ($8.60) in the early afternoon. I had two suitcases (out of the way), and was working on my laptop; there were multiple people who were there before, way before, me also sitting down at the tables with one drink too. I got “for here” so after I finished I put the glass away because it felt rude to keep holding onto a mug. I got told about an hour later that they were going to kick me out because I had no drink. I politely told them I had finished it and was just working a bit longer but they were adamant. There were about six other individuals (who were still here from before my arrival) with the SAME mug (their first drink) who were not being told off by the employees; I didn’t point them out, but should have. They weren’t being bothered, or told to leave. I instead had to buy another $8 drink, just to hear them talking bad about me and joking about kicking customers out. I was so uncomfortable I had to call my family because it felt really demeaning after I spent like $20 on some mid drink—I also left like 10 min after this encounter. Would rate 0/5 just for this.
