Had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks UE Square outlet, thanks to Kamaru. He was very friendly, warm, and welcoming, making the visit both enjoyable and comfortable from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was his sincerity and genuineness of his hospitality - it felt natural and heartfelt rather than simply part of the job or a forced one. His patience, personable nature, and willingness to accommodate requests were impressive. He never made any request feel like an inconvenience. Kamaru's approachable demeanor and outstanding service created a great atmosphere and he truly exemplified the hospitality that makes the Starbucks experience feel distinctive and welcoming. Thank you, Kamaru, for the excellent service. A mention as well to another female staff member at the counter whose name I did not manage to get - although our interaction was only momentary, her warm smile and welcoming presence added positively to the overall experience. There is indoor (Aircond) and outdoor (fan) seating. Our dog was welcomed and we had a great time relaxing and having our breakfast here. Most outstanding is the service we got from the staff here. Kamarul was very helpful and kind to solve our issue with a very interesting intelligent intuitive investigative approach. Wow to such great excellent service here! The service makes this feel like an ATAS STRABUCKS! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
