This is usually my go-to coffee place, but this visit stood out because of the excellent service from WH (I’m not sure whether his name is Wei Hong or Wei Hao). I visited with a friend who rarely drinks coffee. She asked WH for recommendations, and he patiently explained the different coffee and non-caffeinated options available, including the caffeine strength of each drink. Even though there was a short queue, he remained friendly and attentive, answering all our questions without any sign of irritation. He also recommended some of the more popular cakes as well as the seasonal selections, which was very helpful. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall! This is one of the biggest Starbucks joint in Spore. Directly connected to the Jurong East MRT station. 1st unit on your right when exiting the MRT station walking towards Westgate Mall. Lots of seats, and apart fm students studying.., it’s a great meeting point, while enjoying your drink and wait for frens to show up, via MRT. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
