My mom helped me ordered Starbucks soy pudding. They ran out of soy puddings and gave her matcha puddings instead WITHOUT informing her. The cashier should at least let her know that they ran out of soy.

Very disappointed with the service here. One of the staff, Priscilla (the lady with spec), came across as rude and unfriendly during the interaction. The attitude made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided to leave without making a purchase. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and professionalism should still be maintained. Hope the management can provide better staff training and improve the customer experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went here today Starbucks Yewtee Point 28thSeptember 7:45pm. I have been purchasing since then at Starbucks but i encountered the WORST server/cashier named IRWAN l, if youre not happy with your work go find kitchen job so you do not need to talk to people. No greetings, no smile, no initiative to offer a carrier bag and no standard at all! Service: 1
