So today's question is........ how to be a proper waiter? (this isnt a story but reality) I went to have lunch in The Starz Wine Bar today afternoon in tung Chung. (There were five of us in total). I have never received such awful service before. His name is JXff. When we entered the bar, He didn't approach us but glanced at us from a corner. He was passive. We then had to help ourselves to get a seat. I thought everything had settled....sigh We wanted to combine two tables because one table wasn't big enough. JXff was reluctant to help. He kept mumble to himself . He grumbled "OH of coz, is my job to help customers. is my pleasure...blah blah blah blah." His attitude was still horrible. At the same time, my friends had arrived. As a customer who had just been treated badly, my mom complained to another staff member. Out of a blue, JXff lost his temper and yelled at us of not ordering 5 dishes. He kept reminding us that we had to spend at least $50 dollars per person(the way he spoke to us was very humiliating ). But we had already ordered 2 cups of drinks + two bowls of laksas which were over $200, my friends were also about to take orders. Apparently, we didn't break the rules! So we requested to see the manager. Later, we explained the issue to the manager( Mr. Leung). Mr. Leung was actually handling our complaint patiently and nicely. Yet JXff spoiled the whole things and tried to defense himself with BS who gave BS excuses. He then started to rage blatantly. His attitude was miserable and ridiculous. He even threatened to call the cops. He was intimidating. he was completely regretless and reckless. Later, he put out his cell phone and pointed his camera to us. LOL!!!!!! What's the matter with him? I am aghast to see such an obnoxious and sloppy attitude. If you want to have your meals there, pls be aware of him. I'm completely speechless! He surely needs to see a psychiatrist.

Don't know y the waiter so angry with us, we just don't know have 2 style hotdog and ask over 2times, this can made him fxck us? Wtf!!!!! Everybody becare that guy call "Jeff"!!!!
