We stayed here for four nights, and the overall experience was amazing: the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the café downstairs offers a delicious and healthy breakfast, and the accommodation is easily accessible with a great location directly between Kata and Karon. For this region, the price–performance ratio is almost unbeatable. The owner, an Italian, is very welcoming and helpful, making us feel extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Service: 5

We stayed here for a month in a room with large windows and a balcony. The place is new, everything is fresh and cozy. But the biggest highlight is the owner, Catello. He is such a kind and welcoming person, always helpful and thoughtful — and he even treated us to his amazing pancakes The rooms are located on the second and third floors, and there is a café on the ground floor. The food is delicious and you can truly feel it’s made with love. Thank you for such a warm and positive experience! Service: 5

Stayka is nice and clean, it’s in a good location. Not far from Karon and kata beach. The food was good. I would highly recommend staying here, It feels like home. Service: 5
