If you are a goose lover, you definitely need to visit this. It located right across the famous Bao Dim Tat Yan. The name of the shop is in Chinese. No English. So, to be easy just look for Bao Dim Tat Yan and then look across. Take a look at the video I added. The steam goose is super soft and fragrant. Eat with the soy sauce and spring onion oil, then it becomes extremely good. The good thing about the steam goose is that it is not greasy at all. The tofu is soft too. Don't miss the goose tounge. No smell and soft. This is a definite must eat when you visit Hongkong. The price is also cheap. Quarter of goose (leg and thigh) for HKD 160 while one tounge costs HKD 25. Do not forget to ask for the spring onion oil. No dine in. Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5
