After a relaxing massage, we were lazy to go out for our late dinner, so we just decided to dine at Sky Coffee Shop at the 18th floor of Baiyoke Sky Hotel. I want to commend the seamless service that elevated the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the servers displayed a remarkable sense of expertise. They didn’t just take orders; they anticipated needs, suggested pairings, and carried an air of confidence that comes only from true professionalism. Every course was presented with precision and care. Drinks were served at the perfect moment, complementing the dishes without interruption. What impressed me most was how naturally the servers guided the flow of the meal - they knew what to give, how to serve it, and when to step in. This balance of attentiveness without intrusion is what defines high-end service. I like it! And!!! The mango sticky rice! Hands down, the best I’ve ever had compared to anywhere else! Yummmz!
