Absolutely amazing find my father and I happened to blunder into on our roadtrip around Taiwan. It doesn’t get more rustic than this place. Staff were friendly, the decor was charming, and most importantly the food was phenomenal. They list the pork cutlet fried rice as their specialty, but the fried tofu was the biggest surprise for us. Perfectly crisp and sweet. Fair warning for fellow Americans though; they’re not the most proficient with English. Hopefully you have a translator or can speak some Mandarin.
