Stoke is an awesome restaurant. The burger was phenomenal. The taste was consistent through and through ever bite. The atmosphere is great for a date, dinner with family or friends or solo. The service is second to none and matched the quality of the food. By far one Of the best meals I’ve had in Bangkok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a fantastic lunch experience at Stoke! The menu is a great take on American fusion, and what really stood out to us was the incredible value. Honestly, you’d easily pay double anywhere else for this level of quality. Their expertise is definitely in the fire grill, and it shows. Everything grilled was absolutely excellent. The Food Highlights: Charcoal Brie: Excellent starter, unique and flavorful. Brussels Sprouts: Very, very good—highly recommend! Apple Crumble: Very yummy and the perfect way to end the meal. Note: The pasta was just so-so, so I’d recommend sticking to their grilled specialties! Ambience & Vibe: The ambience is lovely—very open, airy, and beautifully naturally lit. They also have a brunch menu available which looks promising for a future visit. Pet-Friendly Bonus: A huge plus for fellow pet owners: they are genuinely pet-friendly! We were able to bring our dog indoors with us in a trolley. We will definitely be coming back to visit again soon! Price per person: ฿800–1,000

Stoke Bangkok easily takes the spot as my favourite brunch of 2026 - not just because of the food, but because everything just works. The fire-driven concept gives every dish a depth that you don’t usually get at brunch, and the space itself makes you want to linger longer than planned. What really stood out for me (and something you don’t see often) is the chilli selection - you can actually tailor the heat level to your liking, from something light and aromatic to a proper kick. It’s a small detail, but it completely elevates the experience and makes each dish feel more personal. It’s the kind of place that feels effortless but intentional at the same time - perfect for slow brunches that turn into long afternoons. And honestly… I already know I’ll be back soon to see how all of this translates into their dinner menu.
