A place we stumbled upon by chance that turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The food was absolutely delicious — from the salads to the meat and dessert, everything was amazing! Stoke Bangkok easily takes the spot as my favourite brunch of 2026 - not just because of the food, but because everything just works. The fire-driven concept gives every dish a depth that you don’t usually get at brunch, and the space itself makes you want to linger longer than planned. What really stood out for me (and something you don’t see often) is the chilli selection - you can actually tailor the heat level to your liking, from something light and aromatic to a proper kick. It’s a small detail, but it completely elevates the experience and makes each dish feel more personal. It’s the kind of place that feels effortless but intentional at the same time - perfect for slow brunches that turn into long afternoons. And honestly… I already know I’ll be back soon to see how all of this translates into their dinner menu.
