Stone Bar in Silom feels like someone challenged a hotel kitchen to cook like the street without losing its table manners. The pad khrapao mu comes out composed: a neat mound of fluffy rice, a fried egg with properly crisp edges, yolk still willing to run, and pork mince that’s been fried softer and sauced just enough to gloss the plate in a loose, oily trail. Heat hums rather than shouts, sweetness and salt stay measured, and the basil does the aromatic heavy lifting. Then the Isaan sausage turns up on a black platter, caramel-browned links surrounded by tidy little piles of ginger cubes, chilli rings, peanuts, coriander and spring onion. You assemble each bite by hand, and it eats like a serious bar snack that somehow slipped into a Hilton. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Located in the foyer of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (used to a Novotel). I've stayed there a few times and had drinks and food few times. Basic bar food, pizza, potatoes wedges, club sandwich with chips and Thai food.. They have a large projector screen that usually show football. Price per person: ฿300–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
