We ordered drinks and were served twice while relaxing on the sunbeds. Only afterwards were we told that we had to leave because the sunbeds were reserved for hotel guests. Had we been informed upon arrival, we would have happily moved elsewhere. Instead, we were told that we should have asked first, even though we had already interacted with the staff multiple times. I respect the policy itself, but the communication and handling of the situation were disappointing. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Don't go near this place. We booked a place because of the Full Moon party. It was an inflated price of $820. We arrived at the place and were horrified to discover that the place stinks with dead ants and cockroaches. We spoke to the owner of the place, James, who explained to him that it didn't match the pictures and that the place was on a huge mountain that had to be climbed without stairs or access to the place. His answer was, "You're welcome to go, even though we were already charged." I told him no problem. Cancel my reservation. He told me I can't do that. You didn't pay me directly, you paid through the website. He told me to get out of my room. The owner of the place told me that I was afraid to throw my husband and I into the street because the entire island was fully occupied. He told me to shut up and don't talk. It's just a disgrace and theft at a price that doesn't reflect value for money. I wouldn't even let my dog sleep there. I decided that I was going to lose $820. After a day of transfers and a few more hours of partying, we weren't going to leave. We headed out for a few hours and ran straight away because it was terrible there, so no, I won't keep quiet! Please bring back southern style authentic Thai menu. Before you are 5 star so fresh so good, so aromatic real Thai. Now you taste like cheap Khao San road food. Mai aroi, mai sot, mai dai na ka ~ Laab pet aroi, Gai todd aroi, pamuk manau aroi aroi mamuang with pandan sticky rice so rare, jing jing! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
