lunch ビュッフェ最高です。インドネシア、中華、インド、シーフード、ニョナと多種。洋食というよりは、ローカルフード。どれを食べても美味しい。特に私はインドネシア系だと思うものが好き。シーフード、ポピアン、ラクサ、チキンライスなども美味しい。どれも、さすがホテル飯。デザートもローカル系。度々いっても飽きない。

I had a wonderful dinner at StraitsKitchen on a Thursday evening. The foods were mostly Singapore’s foods - Chinese, Muslim, Indian cuisines. The buffet also had a nice spread of Singaporean sides/dessert (eg. Kueh, popiah, rojak, satay, fried banana fritter, muah chee). One of the interesting dish I had was the durian balls, which was delicious as the texture was a crispy and chewy and savory. In particularly, I like how the chefs/waiters keep replenishing the foods stand even late into the night. The ambience was generally clean (except the cushioned seats) and vibrant. Cozy vibe. Overall the experience was great. Good for tourists who want to experience authentic Singapore cuisine in a comfortable setting. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100
