Judy is one of the most professional chefs I have ever met. It's clear that her emphasis on perfection is the essence of what makes her dishes so well put together. I've had the privilege of attending one of her cooking classes and it was her attention to detail that made the session so enjoyable and fulfilling. The recipe was one thing. But the time she spent with us, helping us understand the purpose of each ingredient, and making sure we are using the best kitchen equipment, was more than I expected. I will definitely recommend Studio Gusto to anyone looking for an enriching culinary experience, and will try her private kitchen one day!
