Very welcoming! Cecilia was very nice and responsive. Very patient and very understanding, also very fast when handling my order! I didn't have enough in my card so had to go upstairs to top up but she was willing to be patient and wait for me. Super enjoyable service!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Frequent this outlet a lot the past few years & generally the staff are quite nice but had a horrible experience with an elderly staff female member, clearly she's stressed & frazzled due to long lines & grab orders. Thus am giving a one star to bring this to attention. Just wanted to ask if the bowl could add salmon later on, and she went into a whole lecture & nag on telling me to follow the sequence in order, & refused to answer & only wanted to know what bases I wanted to order. Clearly if your staff are unsure or not willing to say in a nice tone to check with the staff in the next section later on (a simple "yes later you can") would've been sufficient, no need for lecturing your customers. I'd expect this from a caifan aunty but not from stuff'd. Highly suggest for staff to go through adequate proper training when dealing in peak hours, I myself have worked F&B prior & it is basic etiquette to respect your customers & not lash out your frustrations, irregardless of how stressed you are, perhaps stuff'd should assess whether their staff are capable to provide basic service and manners during peak hours. Shoutout to other staff like Siti & the friendly male staff at the POS, very professional &
