Ever since stuff'd changed to self order kiosk I have been getting missing items in my order. Twice already. Once I bought at Changi city point outlet they forgot to give me my sauces. Today I bought at hougang mall outlet they missed out my broccoli. It's hard to check whether they put the items correctly if the items weren't placed as I select on the spot. 19/7/26:. Noted I ordered again from the hougang mall outlet today and AGAINNN they did not provide me with sauce. I was looking at them doing my orders.. one order took three people to rotate to make the meal with no system or whatsoever. Ordered two identical salad bowl, one has my sauces, the other doesn't has. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20

Its my second visit here. Food is good as usual. Very difficult to get it wrong with stuffd. First time trying rendang chicken. The staff Saodah was very friendly and helpful in helping me navigate the kiosk. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Been a big fan of stuff’d for long time but today’s incident really pissed me off. visited in the afternoon and ordered a chicken daily bowl. Once order placed, I communicated to the Male staff that I wanted more sauce. He didn’t look up at me and just nodded. Didn’t really thought much. But then when I asked for a little more, guy ignored me, and just rained down on my salad bowl. Please tell me, am I being too sensitive for getting too much mayo on my salad bowl because I asked for it? Or was he being rude and idk, maybe he was having a bad day? I recounted him pressing the mayonnaise bottle 9 times. Tell me is that a little bit? Or is that too much. LOL. To management seeing this, please do something. Thanks. I’m still a big fan and I will still continue supporting. But something has to be done with this guy. LOL Ps: if you visit here often, you’ll probably know who I’m talking about. There’s only one male staff working there, or at least what I know from my visits at this outlet. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
