23時頃に行きました。テラス席に案内されたのですが当日は気温・風がとても心地良かったです。お店の方の心遣いは、とても良かったです。アルコール・料理も、素晴らしかったです。

ショッピングモールが側にありとても便利朝食もとても美味しかったです。部屋も毎日掃除してくれ快適に過ごせました。又、利用したいです。

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. The team have been extremely helpful - we contacted in advance and they have taken note of all our requests very sincerely. The entire restaurant team (Arnon, Nattawat, Jupaporn, Pannipa, Chalinee, chef Arun, chef Yuttachai) have been absolutely amazing. All the managers are great - taking the time to get to know us. Whenever Chalinee is there, she is always so helpful, and always with a smile on her face, making us feel that anything is possible. The chefs take the utmost care and the food tastes incredible. Also special mention to chief concierge Torsak - he has been so helpful with planning our entire stay and itinerary. He has taken so much time and effort to respond to emails, draw out maps and plans. On our first evening, they arranged room service for us - and because it was my sister's birthday, they gave a complimentary cake and flowers, and sang happy birthday for her! Apart from that, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the hotel feels modern and inviting. The room service is fantastic too. We have not discovered any faults. Everyone at the hotel is so polite, courteous, friendly and respectful beyond comparison - all experts in customer service and making us feel special. Our experience has been perfect, thanks to all the people here. If there are any names I have accidentally missed out, please let them know how much we value and appreciate everyone's hard work, kindness and sincerity. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily and easily recommend Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok to anyone.
