Yuck. Low-standard food and extremely poor service. I cannot imagine how they survive with this attitude. It’s clear they don’t care about customer feedback, otherwise things would be different. There were three staff on a non-busy day and only two customers. A trainee attended to one customer and prepared his order while I waited 6–7 minutes. During this time, the other two staff didn’t bother to take my order. Instead, they stood chatting, laughing, and talking loudly among themselves. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no thank you; just rude and indifferent behaviour. Unacceptable for a brand like Subway. I ordered the “Roasted Chicken Wrap,” but the chicken was not roasted at all. It looked pale and tasted more like boiled meat; soft, bland, and lacking any grilled flavour. It did not seem fresh and was completely unappetizing. Thailand is known for warm and welcoming hospitality, but this place was the exact opposite. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
