It is subway, but on a Saturday, it is not fast food.... It took just over 40 minutes for one subway sandwich! They had large orders, so i understand there will be a wait, but their staff also all seem new and cautious. When i went and asked, it seemed like they didn't know where my order was, even though my number was on the screen. After that, i saw them make my sandwich. I think that's good to ensure quality, but it means a wait that's twice as long as it should be. Nobody seems to be in a hurry. I remember working in fast food, i understand its stressful, but when it's busy, there should be some emphasis on speed.... They're fully staffed, so numbers aren't the problem! Honestly, i think there are too many of them in the kitchen, too much time to say what the order is with each other, rather than have one person on one order and remembering it all. They also prioritised big orders and online orders over the small ones. I understand it to an extent, but 40 minutes is ridiculous. At McDonald's, you made sure the order screen matched the orders you made. Here, they seem like rookies... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
