I don't like customer service exactly . Food is delicious but bad customers service. And then I saw other customers left from that shop because sellers can't give best service. They have to smile more .. Sellers are so rude. Never eat there again. Food: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200

I ordered the BLT menu with Honey Oat bread, but the staff accidentally made it with wheat bread instead. When I told them about the mistake, instead of making a completely new sandwich, they moved the bacon from the wrong sandwich into a new Honey Oat bread. What shocked me even more was that they then used the wrong sandwich bread for the next customer’s Chicken Teriyaki order. This is a serious issue because the bread had already been contaminated with pork bacon. Imagine if the next customer was Muslim or someone who cannot eat pork for religious reasons. Even after I told them they should not do this, the staff acted like nothing happened and did not even apologize. This is not just about a wrong order. It is about food handling, hygiene, and respect for customers’ dietary restrictions. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this branch at all.
