Had a fairly unpleasant experience at subway today.. Simply explained- I ordered a cold cut foot long sandwich and was told they only have half/ 6 inch portion left. I asked can I take the cold cut and the half, say sliced turkey.. the older lady then proceeded to give a full foot long of turkey and I explained to her again I don’t want that.. can instead have the cold cut. She said oh don’t worry about it and she was sorry.. I said ok after making my sandwich I noticed the extra charge for extra cold cut. Even though only half made it on the sandwich.. I had to return it and explained this an extra charge for something should have been $7.60 or so was now over $10.00. I don’t understand how it became so expensive but it did. Long story short I got a free sandwich but if I didn’t pay attention that’s money I didn’t choose to spend gone. Also she didn’t mention the extra charge, and usually will not give you a receipt unless you ask. I noticed because my navy fed app is set up to notify me of every charge with a notification/price etc..ALSO THEY CLOSE AT 1900 NOW! thanks for reading
