The old cashier staff is acting like boss. She screams as though customers cannot hear her. She is rude and long winded, making the environment very tensed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing experience today. The cashier, Nat, was rude and dismissive. She asked if I wanted a cookie, I said no. Later after payment of $6.80 (daily deal which includes cookie and drink), I asked for the drink, she reprimanded me on how to properly order and she had already keyed in things??? Next, she kept telling me to take the bottled water myself. When I pointed towards the drink dispenser instead, she only then asked if I wanted a cup. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. Perhaps staff could clarify upfront whether customers want the *full meal set* instead of just asking about the cookie. The experience left a bad impression, which is disappointing for what should have been a simple order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
