Why even bother to have the subway app when everybody queuing gets their order earlier? Was here on a Wednesday afternoon at 1215, ordered online due to the queue but received the order only by 12.55pm. Everybody else who came after us got their meals queuing up. Lousy experience here, 100% do not recommend No doubt, I'll be sending a complaint to subway Singapore as well Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10

Frequent this outlet regularly, the old staffs are very nice and give good service. Recently a new guy joined(young and spectacled), poor attitude and give little portion. Asked for more veggies but he rejected my request, his reply was rude and dismissive. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
