Had a really pleasant experience with Sharil at Subway Upper Thomson Plaza! He was warm, friendly and communicated clearly throughout the ordering process, which made the whole experience very comfortable. One small suggestion would be to recommend some sauce pairings next time — that would make it much easier for muddle-headed me when faced with all the choices Thank you, Sharil, for the lovely service! One of the most consistent Subway in terms of their staff's service. Across two different staff whom I encountered, they are both equally friendly, courteous and accomodating, especially the Chinese lady who's usually in the morning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
