This is the only Subway outlet that is very calculative with their vegetable portions. The sandwiches always have much less veggies compared to other outlets unless you ask for more. The staff also press the bread so flat while preparing it that it almost becomes a chapatti instead of a sandwich. HQ should look into their lettuce and vegetable replenishment versus sales volume, as it feels like the ingredients are being rationed too much.

Staff at Bedok Reservoir branch were talking a lot in front of the food trays with no mouth protectors, risking saliva going into food. Please improve. This was happening not when serving customers where understandably they need to talk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Breakfast set stated that sandwich comes with hash browns and hot coffee for $3.30 but staff told me that stated price was for hash browns with coffee, no sandwich. So maybe state that on the poster? Staff was unhygienic and was touching the whole counter and another staff’s shirt with the gloves, proceeding to touch the sandwiches. I hope the management will somehow see and review the Bedok reservoir subway outlet SOP. There must be a reason why the shop is empty on a Sunday morning. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
