Very little veg even though I requested for more e.g. only 2 slices of tomato given and more = 1 more By default, it should perhaps be 4 like stuffd Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Extremely poor customer service I visited this Subway outlet recently and had one of the most unpleasant service experiences with subway ever. When I walked up to the counter, the staff saw me approaching but immediately turned away and faced me with his back — without saying a single word. I wasn’t sure if the store was open or ready to serve customers, especially since it wasn’t during lunch or dinner hours. After waiting for a while, he slowly turned back to face me, still completely silent. I stood there waiting for some kind of acknowledgment or explanation (maybe they had run out of bread or were not serving yet), but nothing — just silence for about 10 seconds. It honestly felt like a staring contest. When I finally gave a puzzled look, he muttered one word — “yes.” That was it. No greeting, no “what would you like to order,” nothing. I continued my order, but it was clear he had zero interest in serving customers. A very disappointing and unwelcoming experience. Definitely not going back to this outlet again.
